The Tourist Development Tax of 11.5% and a $100.00 cleaning fee
will be added to the rental rate. Please verify the total amount at the
time of your booking
Requirements:

• Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday during peak seasons;
• Otherwise a three night minimum is required;
• No rentals under the age of 25;
• Pets are not permitted on the property;
• Late night check ins are available;
• Check out time is 11am;
• Check with us for availability;
• Deposit is required.
